We offer apartments based on the information provided in the application, so please fill out the application carefully. <\/p>\n<h4>Your application is valid for 4 months<\/h4>\n<p>The apartment application is valid for 4 months \u2013 please remember that applicants will not be notified of its expiration. The application can be renewed by submitting a new application, which replaces the previously submitted one. <\/p>\n<p>If you wish to apply for an apartment in different localities, select all areas in the same application. With separate applications, you can simultaneously apply for student or senior apartments in addition to regular apartments. <\/p>\n<p>We will contact you by phone or email if we can offer you a rental apartment. When you receive an apartment offer, we will ask you to provide the necessary attachments for the application. If you wish, you can add the attachments already during the application phase to speed up the processing of a potential apartment offer.  <\/p>\n<h4>Submitting an Application<\/h4>\n<p>You can submit the application electronically or, if necessary, by filling out a self-printed <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Setlementtiasunnot-vuokrahakemus.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PDF form<\/a> and delivering it to our customer service. You can also order a paper form from our customer service. <\/p>\n<p>Most of our apartments are available for all adult applicants in need of housing. <a href=\"https:\/\/setlementtiasunnot.fi\/en\/independent-and-accessible-living-for-over-55s-and-seniors\">Senior apartments<\/a> can be applied for by those aged 55 and over. Student apartments in <a href=\"https:\/\/setlementtiasunnot.fi\/en\/asunnot\/setlementtiasunnot-hermannin-rantatie-17\">Helsinki Verkkosaari<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/setlementtiasunnot.fi\/en\/asunnot\/setlementtiasunnot-kontulantie-16\">Helsinki Kontula<\/a> are intended for students. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Submit a new application if the information you provided in the application changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>additional person joins or leaves the applicant household<\/li>\n<li>change in area preferences or apartment-related preferences<\/li>\n<li>change in income information<\/li>\n<li>change in asset information<\/li>\n<li>change in your housing situation and housing needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incomplete applications will not be processed.
