During the day, extensive discussions were held regarding the company&#8217;s future direction and its significant social mission. Concurrently, the board&#8217;s composition and roles for the upcoming term were confirmed.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Eero Pentti<\/strong> continues as the Chairman of the Board, and <strong>Raimo H\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00e4<\/strong> remains the Vice Chairman. Board members <strong>Jussi Kemppainen<\/strong>, along with tenant representatives <strong>Matti Siitonen<\/strong> and <strong>Antti Kuusiniemi<\/strong>, also continue in their roles. <\/p>\n<h3>Two new members appointed to the board<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sannaleena H\u00e4rk\u00f6nen<\/strong> (from <a href=\"https:\/\/aurala.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Auralan Setlementti<\/a>) brings strong expertise in developing communality and the settlement movement. She has extensive experience in the social development of residential areas and strengthening participation. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Raija Anjala<\/strong>, former CFO of Helsingin kaupungin asunnot (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hekaoy.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HEKA<\/a>), brings solid ARA and financial expertise to the board. She has years of experience in non-profit rental housing and its operating models. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together, the new board forms an expert and value-driven team that supports Setlementtiasunnot&#8217;s strategic goals: building communal neighborhoods, strengthening non-profit housing, and promoting inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>The new board brings with it insights, experience, and above all, a heartfelt cause \u2013 housing that brings people together, not apart.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Setlementtiasunnot&#8217;s board convened in June 2025 in Tampere, in conjunction with a strategy day.
