Setlementtiasunnot&#8217;s apartments are Ara-subsidized. <\/p>\n\n<p>The income limits apply to the selection of new residents and apartment changes, and they will come into effect at the beginning of next year.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 The changes apply to new tenancy agreements.
