The recommended temperature in apartments is generally +20-21 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n<p>We recommend getting a thermometer if you wish to monitor your apartment&#8217;s temperature. Measure the temperature from the center of the room, approximately one meter above the floor. <\/p>\n\n<p>Please note that the radiator heats even if it doesn&#8217;t feel hot to the touch. The apartment&#8217;s temperature also stabilizes with a delay after changes in the outdoor temperature. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please check these points to ensure your radiators function properly:<\/h3>\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that your radiator&#8217;s thermostat is turned to the highest number. If you want a cooler temperature, turn the thermostat to a lower setting. <\/li>\n\r\n\r\n\n<li>Ensure that you do not place curtains or furniture in front of the thermostat. Obstacles hinder the thermostat and cause it to misinterpret the room&#8217;s temperature. <\/li>\n\r\n\r\n\n<li>Keep your radiator and its background clean.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\r\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Also remember:<\/h3>\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In winter, ventilate through the window only briefly; preferably not at all during severe frosts.<\/li>\n\r\n\r\n\n<li>Ensure that the supply and exhaust air vents are cleaned. Do not block the air vents under any circumstances, as this will disrupt the entire building&#8217;s ventilation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\r\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Did you know: good sleep at 19 degrees Celsius<\/h2>\n\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motiva.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Motiva&#8217;s<\/a> studies, most people are satisfied when the temperature in the living areas of an apartment is slightly above 21 \u00b0C.
