2 Invoice Reception by Email to Scanning Service

We hope that you only send invoices to this address. Invoices are sent to the service as PDF format attachments and the attachments of the invoice must be in the same file as the invoice itself.

• You can send multiple invoices in one email as long as each invoice is as a separate attachment. All files must have a different name.
• The maximum size of one email is 5MB.
• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents (PDF version 1.3 or later).
• PDF files must not be locked or password protected.
• The exterior of the document can be up to 210 x 297 mm.
• The signs allowed for the attachment are ordinary characters, A -Z, A -Z, 0-9. Don't use special characters to name attachments.

3 Reception of Invoices by mail to Scanning Service

The address information must be complete both in the bill and in the envelope in order to transmit the invoice quickly and reliably to its recipient.

• Please send only calculation material to the scan address. These posts are automatically read on the volume of our company, and no other material (such as receipts, business gifts, credit cards and admission tickets) will reach their recipient through this.
• Preferably use black color on the text on a white background: it gives the clearest result of the invoice for identifying data.

Do not use staples for the invoices sent to the scanning service.
