Kerro app

Contact and communication are conveniently handled Kerro resident app. For example, you can book a sauna or laundry room appointment by phone, computer or community space /staircase. The Kerro resident app contains instructions, bulletins and news about current issues in the buildings.
You will receive an apartment-specific username and password when you move in.

Housing disturbance

If your house has a residential disorder, make a written disturbance notification of a disturbing life. Written notifications are required of at least two different economies to take legislative measures.

You can report a residential disorder on the residents page. Save the completed form to your device and send it as attached via the messages of Setlementtiasunnot resident page. Choose a classification of “Housing disturbance”.

Notice of lease termination

The notice period for the rental home is at least one calendar month for the tenant. The notice period begins with the last day of the calendar month during which the dismissal was completed.

The termination must be made in writing on a resident page or on the form . The signature of the dismissal form is required for each signatory of the lease. Submit the signed notice to the customer service info@setlementtiausnot.fi as an email attachment.
