Rent payment and financial matters

The rent is made monthly by the due date specified in the lease. It is a good idea to contact you in time for any payment difficulties so that we can find a solution together and agree on the payment plan.

Parking spaces

Pets and neighborhood

Apartment sub -rent

Sub -renting means that part of the apartment is rented to another person. Sub -renting is possible if a part of the apartment can be separated from the sub -tenant, the studio cannot be subcontracted. A maximum of 50 % of the apartment is possible to sub -rent.

The temporary transfer of the apartment

Accommodation activity in the apartment

Apartment exchange

Redundance of a rental apartment

The notice period for the rental home is at least one calendar month for the tenant. The notice period begins with the last day of the calendar month during which the dismissal was completed. Each house has community space open to all residents, a common living room and a kitchen for residents.
