KAS asunnot Oy and Setlementtiasunnot Oy concluded a transaction on October 15, 2019, for all shares of Setlementtiasumisoikeus Oy. These will transfer to KAS asunnot’s ownership on December 31, 2019. The transaction amount will not be disclosed.
The transaction involves a total of 405 apartments in Espoo, Helsinki, Hyvinkää, Kuopio, and Vantaa. The transaction will not affect residents, and living arrangements will continue as before.

We can now better concentrate our resources, processes, and expertise development on a single concept. This way, we can better serve our residents and develop new housing solutions in line with our strategy, together with our partners,” states Heli Kotilainen, CEO of Setlementtiasunnot.

It is important for us to be able to offer both market-priced, privately financed apartments and affordable ARA-subsidized rental apartments for people at different stages of life.
