Residential disorder

If your house has a residential disorder,, if necessary, make a written disturbance notification of a disturbing life.

Written notifications are required of at least two different economies to take legislative measures. Based on the complaint made by telephone, the landlord cannot issue a warning.

You can report a residential disorder on the residents page . Save the completed form to your device and send it as attached via the messages of the Settlement Housing Housing Pages. Choose a classification of “Housing Disorder”.

Migration / outgoing

People living in the apartment should always be reported to the house books by returning to the customer service notification to the Resident List form . You will also report on the same form when the person in the house books move elsewhere.

Notification to the Land List

If a new resident moves to the apartment or a previously reported resident moves out, please make a notice to us. The notification will be made using a separate form , which will be sent to info@setlementtiasunnot.fi .

A temporary transfer of an apartment

In special situations, the main tenant may use another person to use the apartment for a maximum of two years. Temporary transfer always requires a written application and approval of the landlord.

When can you apply for temporary transfer?

Temporary transfer is possible if you are, for example:

  • Due to work or studies in another location
  • Due to illness prevented from living in an apartment
  • For any other reasonable reason, temporarily away from your permanent home

However, the landlord may deny permission if there is a valid reason for it.

Noteworthy

  • The application must be accompanied by a reliable statement of the reason for the absence.
  • If the permit is granted, you must submit a copy of the fixed -term lease you make with a temporary resident.
  • You cannot charge more rent than the setting homes inherit from you.
  • You are still responsible for the obligations and possible damages of the lease, even if the apartment is temporarily used by another.

Redundance of a rental apartment

The notice period for the rental home is at least one calendar month for the tenant. The notice period begins with the last day of the calendar month during which the dismissal was completed.

The termination must be made in writing on a resident page or on the form . The signature of the dismissal form is required for each signatory of the lease. Submit the signed notice to the customer service info@setlementtiausnot.fi as an email attachment.
