Rent Payment Information on Resident Pages
All information and invoices related to rent payment can be conveniently found on your resident pages. By logging in, you can view your rent payment status and any outstanding amounts.
When is the rent paid?
Rent is due on the 2nd day of the month. Please use the reference number on the invoice when paying rent to ensure your payment is allocated correctly. The rent due date cannot be changed.
E-invoice or Direct Debit
We recommend activating e-invoicing, which means your rent invoices will arrive directly in your online bank. The details will be pre-filled, and you only need to approve the payment.
If you do not use online banking, you can arrange for direct debit with your bank. In this case, the rent will be automatically debited from your account on the due date.
If Rent Payment is Delayed
Life situations can change, and sometimes rent payment may be delayed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter payment challenges. Together, we can find solutions.
Please contact us via message on the resident pages and select “Payment Plans” as the subject of your message.
What does the rent consist of?
The rent consists of the maintenance charge and possible additional fees, such as water fees, sauna turns, and parking spaces. The amount of rent is based on the cost-based rent principle.
Housing Benefits
If your financial situation is tight, you may be eligible for housing allowance or income support paid by Kela. This support can help with rent payments and ensure the smooth running of your daily life.
We recommend that any housing allowance be directed straight to Setlementtiasunnot for rent payment. This simplifies matters and ensures that the rent is paid on time.
