Kerro Resident App

Communication and messaging are handled conveniently with the Kerro resident app. For example, you can reserve sauna and laundry room slots via your phone, computer, or the info screen in the resident common area/stairwell. The Kerro resident app contains instructions, announcements, and news about current matters concerning the buildings.
You will receive your apartment-specific username and password when you move in.

Disturbance Report

If there is a disturbance in your building, submit a written disturbance report about the disruptive behavior if necessary. Written reports are required from at least two different households for us to take legislative measures.

You can submit a report about a housing disturbance on the resident pages. Save the completed form to your device and send it as an attachment via the messages function on Setlementtiasunnot’s resident pages. Select the category “Housing Disturbance”.

Notice of Termination

The notice period for terminating a rental apartment is at least one calendar month for the tenant. The notice period begins on the last day of the calendar month during which the termination was made.

Termination must be made in writing on the resident pages or using a form. The termination form requires the signature of every party who signed the lease agreement. Submit the signed notice of termination to customer service as an attachment to an email at info@setlementtiausnnot.fi.
