You have access to a variety of shared facilities where you can also meet other residents.
Resident Lounge
The resident lounge is a shared living room. All our buildings have comfortable resident lounges where residents can meet each other and organize clubs, events, and gatherings. The resident lounge can also be reserved for private occasions.
Internet
All our residents have access to DNA's 50 Mbit/s internet connection, which is included in the rent, as well as Setlementtiasunnot's discounted prices for faster internet connections.

Building Laundry Room
You can reserve the laundry room and drying room using the booking book located in the laundry room or through the Kerro resident app. Use of the laundry room is included in the rent.
Building Saunas
Sauna bathing is relaxing. Most of our buildings have weekly sauna slots included in the rent, which are booked through customer service. In some buildings, one-time sauna bookings and payments are made through the Kerro app. Weekly communal saunas are free of charge.
Urban Gardening
We want to support people coming together around healthy food while also considering the environment. Many of our buildings have cultivation boxes where residents can grow their own edible plants.
