Our Board Chairman Eero Pentti, resident representative Matti Siitonen, and our CEO participated in the training seminar for board members and CEOs of member organizations, organized by Kohtuuhintaisten vuokra- ja asumisoikeustalojen omistajat (KOVA), held on November 14–15, 2024, in Helsinki.
The seminar delved into various aspects of board work in non-profit rental housing companies. Interesting presentations covered topics such as corporate responsibility, sound finances, and the role of owner steering.
“The event also provided an excellent opportunity to network with board members and CEOs from other rental housing companies. The discussions and exchange of ideas deepened our understanding of common challenges and provided new ideas for developing our operations.
