We do everything within the framework of the law to ensure the residential disturbance ceases. Unfortunately, due to privacy protection reasons, we cannot disclose what measures we have taken after a report.
For us to intervene, we require a written residential disturbance report from at least two individuals residing in different households. After receiving the reports, we will investigate the background of the case and contact the party causing the disturbance. We may issue a warning or a written notice, depending on the nature of the disturbance. Measures may not be taken if the disturbance is minor and short-lived.
We always handle disturbance reports confidentially.
