A good home is much more than just four walls. It is a place where everyone has the opportunity to influence, participate, and feel a sense of belonging to the community. Community and engagement are at the core of our operations, and we want to ensure that our residents’ voices are heard even more strongly in decision-making.
The year 2025 will bring new steps in this direction, as we will begin regular meetings with resident representatives. This will provide residents with an even stronger channel to express wishes and ideas that make daily life smoother and more comfortable. The goal of these meetings is to create a permanent dialogue that promotes openness and trust. We will also continue to develop resident surveys and feedback channels to gain an even better understanding of our residents’ wishes and needs.
In addition, we organize cooperation committee meetings twice a year, where representatives from building resident committees and Setlementtiasunnot discuss current issues and develop residential communities. These meetings strengthen a shared vision of how we can improve residents’ daily lives and promote continuous dialogue and cooperation to build vibrant communities.
However, engagement is not solely created through meetings or official forums. Small actions, such as helping a neighbor or participating in a community event, are equally important. The strength of a community lies in everyday encounters and the willingness to understand one another.
New ways to listen to residents, develop spaces, and strengthen neighborliness will make 2025 a significant year for Setlementtiasunnot. Every action matters in communities where engagement and openness are part of daily life.
