Residents consider the apartments to be high-quality. The general condition of the apartment, the floor plan, the standard of the bathroom, and the data connections all receive praise. In the residential building, the common areas, storage facilities, and facade are particularly appreciated.
On average, residents gave the best ratings to their living environment, especially the building’s location, local services, public transport, and the pleasantness of the residential area.
