If your apartment’s wet rooms have electric underfloor heating, the thermostat setting should be checked regularly. Underfloor heating set too high is a significant energy guzzler.
Emissions also arise from water production and wastewater treatment. Unnecessary running of water should be avoided, and a dishwasher should be used for washing dishes. Long showers, in particular, increase water consumption surprisingly quickly. In the future, water will be billed based on consumption in an increasing number of our buildings, so saving water will also save residents money.
Waste sorting and recycling are an important part of responsibility. Please ensure proper sorting and recycling of waste. Large waste items, such as furniture, do not belong at the waste collection point. Every resident can help maintain the properties: Report any defects or problems you observe to the maintenance company immediately. This helps prevent greater damage and ensures better property management.
Please also consider your neighbors. By following house rules and taking care of the cleanliness and safety of common areas, you act responsibly and help maintain a pleasant living community.
