Our company has tendered the property maintenance contracts for our buildings during the summer. The tendering process has now been concluded. The new property maintenance contracts apply to all our buildings, with the exception of the buildings at Kutterikuja 2-4 in Joensuu and Hermannin rantatie 17 in Verkkosaari.
Going forward, regional service providers will be responsible for property maintenance. Each city where the company operates forms its own property maintenance area. Helsinki is further divided into southern and northern zones, meaning there are two areas.
– We strongly believe that with the help of regional partners, we can raise the quality level of property maintenance and offer residents a better living experience. We know that there have been issues and that restoring a good quality level requires effort. We are ready for this, says property director Sami Ylenius, who was responsible for the tendering process.
The new property maintenance contracts will begin on October 1, 2025, and more detailed information about the partners will be published during September. The change will also be visible to residents as the contact information for maintenance companies will change. Up-to-date contact information will be provided for each property before the contract begins.
