The implementation of Setlementtiasunnot’s tenant pages is in its final stages, and the pages will be launched shortly. In the future, you will be able to manage most of your housing-related matters through the service.
– The tenant pages will be the easiest and fastest way to interact with us, as all housing-related matters can be found centrally in one place, says digital specialist Juuso Lökfors from Setlementtiasunnot.
You can contact us at your most convenient time: send a message to customer service and the housing coordinator through the page, or submit a maintenance request. You can also view your rental agreement, as well as paid and pending rents and invoices.
You have the option to browse your home folder, building information, or even a map of parking spaces.
New tenants will complete the move-in inspection through the tenant page. Terminating a rental agreement can also be done through the service.
You will receive more information about the tenant pages and how to log in during July. The first login to the pages requires strong authentication, i.e., bank credentials. Subsequent logins can be done with your created username.
The services on the tenant pages will be gradually expanded.
What is the difference between the tenant pages and the Kerro tenant application?

With the Kerro application, you can, among other things, book common facilities such as the laundry room, and connect with other residents through the bulletin board and flea market. You will receive announcements about your building and housing-related matters.
