We are looking for YOU to be our RESIDENT MANAGER – a service-minded professional who streamlines residents’ daily lives, a holistic community developer, and an expert in interaction skills, with a genuine passion for improving the resident experience and service processes.

As a resident manager, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of rental and resident activities, developing the resident experience, and coordinating cooperation between different departments and stakeholders.
You will coordinate rental operations, manage move-out inspections and related repair measures, and ensure timely resident invoicing. You will continuously develop processes and cooperation with resident committees, service providers, and other stakeholders. You will actively communicate with residents and ensure information flow within the organization.
The rest of us will support your work to achieve common goals. You will report to the Customer Relations Director.
To succeed in this role, you need a strong understanding of rental operations, excellent interaction and coordination skills, and the ability to manage and develop processes related to resident activities. A proactive and customer-oriented approach, accuracy in financial matters, and a readiness to implement development ideas are key prerequisites for success. The work is diverse and requires flexibility and travel between different properties in multiple locations.
This is what we hope from you:
- You are systematic and proactive, with an eye for detail, and capable of managing large entities.
- You enjoy customer service and interacting with diverse people.
- You have a higher education degree, for example, in real estate, business administration, public administration, or social services. Suitable fields of study include, for example, a Bachelor of Business Administration (UAS) or a Bachelor of Engineering (UAS) in construction or real estate.
- In addition, further training in the real estate sector or property management-related certifications, such as IAT (Professional Qualification in Property Management), are considered an advantage.
- You have previous experience in the real estate sector, rentals, or customer service and administration.
- You are IT and system-oriented and quickly adopt new tools.
- Fluent Finnish and good English skills will help you communicate effectively.
