Setlementtiasunnot Ltd offers high-quality and affordable homes for various life situations. We are currently seeking a fixed-term leasing agent to cover parental leave. The position begins in late 2025 or by January 2026 at the latest.
As a leasing agent, you will be comprehensively responsible for tasks related to apartment rentals: from customer service and resident selection, application processing, and contract drafting, all the way to marketing and showing apartments. Your duties also include the leasing of commercial premises. Your leasing portfolio includes diverse properties in the best locations in Helsinki, and your task is to ensure that the apartments find the right residents.
We are looking for a leasing professional with a proven track record of successful performance and a strong sales-oriented approach. You are capable of working purposefully at the interface of leasing and customer service, and you efficiently bring matters to completion. We expect you to have previous experience in the leasing business. An LVV/LKV degree and knowledge of ARA regulations are considered an advantage.
The position requires initiative and the ability to work independently. We value initiative, efficiency, and a sales-oriented approach. A suitable educational background for this position could be, for example, a vocational qualification in business (merkonomi), a Bachelor of Business Administration (tradenomi), or other sales-oriented education. Additionally, we require excellent Finnish language skills, good English proficiency, a driver’s license, and access to a personal car.
