Kalasatama 's summer evening echoes music and laughter. The Ars Longa's courtyard is flooded with a cheerful crowd that has come to see the house's fresh art gallery. A pair of royal clothing, more specifically artists Ritva Harle and Jari Järnström , finally reveals the name of the gallery: Longa.
There is a long queue at the gallery door.

Due to the corona situation, the gallery also has accurate security measures. Only ten visitors can enter at a time.
The inside is light and bright. The work of Ars Longa artists is on display: paintings, photography, graphics, ceramics and textile works.
"It's beautiful. Take a picture of me in front of it!"
The new Ars Longa, a new artist house, completed in Kalasatama 's wholesaler, received its inhabitants in February this year. The house owned by the artist communities lives and works for fifty -six visual artists, writer and designer.
Ars Longa is part of a Viehe quarter who has homes for students, young people and artists.
