- Yhteisöllisyys rakentuu asukkaista. Naapurusto saa jokaisessa talossa oman muotonsa, kun asukkaat luovat siitä itsensä näköisen.
- Me tuemme yhteistä tekemistä. Setlementtiasunnot tarjoaa tukea, välineitä ja tiloja yhteisöllisyyden rakentamiseen.

- Kerro-sovellus tekee yhteydenpidosta sujuvaa. Sen kautta asukkaat saavat tietoa tapahtumista ja voivat ilmoittaa naapuriavusta. Sovellus toimii puhelimessa ja näkyy myös rappukäytävien infonäytöillä.
Setlementtiasuntojen community spirit on saanut ansaittua tunnustusta. Helsingin Alppikylän kohteemme valittiin vuonna 2024 parhaaksi asuinalueeksi Pohjoismaissa kansainvälisessä NBO Housing Award -kilpailussa. Palkinto kertoo siitä, miten community spirit, asukastoiminta ja laadukas arki muodostavat meillä vahvan kokonaisuuden.
Community takes shape in everyone's own way. Each resident can choose how they participate. The resident committee and the building’s residents can organize a variety of activities: brunches, holiday gatherings, art exhibitions, volunteer events, or group exercise sessions. Many have found friends among their neighbors – but participation is never an obligation. Everyone is free to engage in a way that feels right for them. Community is an opportunity, not a requirement.
