Rental information information on the residents page

All information and invoices related to the rental payment can be conveniently found on your resident pages . By logging in, you will see your rent payment situation and any open items.

When will the rent be paid?

The rent is due to pay for the month 2 of the month. Please use the reference number on the invoice when paying the rent so that your payment is properly allocated. The due date of the rent cannot be moved.

E-invoice or direct payment

We recommend the introduction of an e-invoice, whereby rental invoices will arrive directly to your online bank. The information is completed and you only accept the payment.

If you do not have online banking, you can agree with your bank for direct payment. In this case, the rent will be automatically charged to your account on the due date.

If the rent payment is delayed

Life situations can change and sometimes the rent may be delayed. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are challenges. Together we can look for solutions.

Contact us on the residents page and select "Payment Plans" as the subject of the message.

Where does the rent come from?

The rent consists of a fee and possible additional charges such as water charges, sauna shifts and parking spaces. The amount of the rent is based on the rental rent.

Housing subsidies

If your financial situation is tight, you may be eligible for Kela to pay for housing or income support. Support can help you pay the rent and make your everyday life fluency.

We recommend that any housing allowance be directed directly to setting dwellings for rent. This makes it easier to handle and ensure that the rent is paid on time.
