Happy European Sustainable Development Week! Environmental responsibility is part of all our activities. And it's great to see that our residents are very environmentally conscious.
We keep the environmental load minimum:
We monitor the consumption of heating, water and electricity in our properties and plan activities that make consumption more and more ecological. Many of our houses also have solar panels.
We encourage residents to recycle: our houses have recycling points for different varieties and some also have a recycling room for consumer goods. Our new targets will have recycled bins for 7-8 different varieties in the apartments.
The inhabitants of many of our houses can grow useful plants in cultivation boxes.
We do responsible purchases and use responsible subcontractors.
We are building new projects along good public transport connections so that our residents have the opportunity to move ecologically. Our employees, on the other hand, have a shared car for working day travel.
We are involved in the Eco-Compass environment system , where our operations are assessed on a transparent basis.
We have an RTS environmental classification . We take into account the environmental aspect in the construction process and, for example, the indoor air of the new house. Our new projects include: Heating form and life cycle perspective product durability and emissions. We also set a goal for energy consumption. For our latest targets, we also make the emission effects of carbon footprint calculations.
In a few years, we will move on to responsibility reporting. In future tendering, we also require that service providers do responsibility reporting.
