Who are you and where do you come from?

Moro. I'm Eemeli. I live with my family in Lahti (orthodoxly pronounced without the letter D.

I'm married and we have two children. I do hockey while "bats" and make beer.
Leisure time is largely spent with the family and hobbies. From the beginning of December, we got a dog, a golden retriever Bruno, with a lot of Riiviöstömeni -moments and cleaning. I like sarcastic humor and daddy.

I am a Bachelor of Science in training and in the construction industry I have worked as a subscriber from almost everything based on Montu. The projects I have been involved with have been from 120 m2 detached houses for 30,000 m2 college campus and everything interesting in between.

What kind of real estate manager Setlementtiunnot Oy can you get?

I am enthusiastic, developer and problem solver. I find it very interesting to develop the entities and the life -cycle thinking of the property owner. I am excited about the idea of how we implement different stages of our life cycle of our properties to our own activities

In leadership, I approach things in a human -oriented way and by clarifying through key tasks. I try to find and support the team's strengths. As a whole, we complement each other and work together and promote. I like open teamwork in the work community. Within the team projects, we can transport each other together in a developing way. I feel that people must have enough work and the content of the work must be both meaningful and motivating.

I am fascinated and inspired by the idea of developing the future to be better, more ecological, more responsible and more functional. Energy saving and energy self -sufficiency have emerged as big themes with the current crisis. I strongly believe that, through the prevailing energy crisis, we will develop our properties, operations and thinking in a more responsible, ecological and sustainable direction.

As a basic principle in construction, I believe that simple is beautiful. This applies particularly to ARA rental houses, where our operations are at the heart of our residents.

A few years have passed in a very intense change in the way we are used to. First, the corona pandemia brought permanent changes and now the energy crisis challenges us to think of standardized operating models in a new way. Combining the developmental steps brought about by the transformation with a modern work community is really inspiring and motivating for me.

Welcome to the group, Eemeli!
