Are you considering taking on a subtenant? Please keep a few important things in mind.
Subletting is possible if a distinct part of your apartment can be allocated for the subtenant’s use. You may sublet a maximum of 50 percent of your apartment. Studio apartments cannot be sublet.
Please remember that the main tenant is always fully responsible for their apartment, including the sublet portion.
