Our Jätkäsaari house is of interest to the world: German guests wanted to get to know block housing as a loneliness. Katri Kaukinen from us settled housing was presented to the German Federal Days.
The delegation of the German Federal Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth Committee visited our country. The purpose of the visit was to learn more about Finland's strategies to combat loneliness, especially among the elderly. That is why the delegation was very interested in meeting with representatives of setting dwellings.
The delegation visited our Jätkäsaari house and talked to us about the Generational Quarter concept and how it can help reduce loneliness.
