The Government has decided that the state-supported ARA rental homes will introduce the maximum income limits in residential selection. Settlement dwellings are ARA-supported apartments.

The income limits concern the selection of new residents and the change of home and will enter into force early next year.

The income limits for new residents are from 1.1.2025:

  • Single Economy: Revenue up to EUR 3,540.
  • Multiple Multiple Economy: Income from the first person up to EUR 3,540 + EUR 2,480 for the following.
  • Families with children: The income threshold is 650 euros for the first child and € 600 for the next children.

The result does not include housing allowance, child allowance, maintenance, maintenance, maternity allowance, student grant and care allowance.
