Kerro Resident App
With the Kerro Resident App, you can easily manage tasks such as booking a laundry slot or requesting neighbor assistance.
Communication and contact are conveniently managed with the Kerro Resident App. For example, you can book a sauna and laundry room slot using your phone, computer, or via the information screen in the resident common area or staircase.
The Kerro Resident App contains instructions, announcements, and news regarding current matters concerning the buildings. You will receive a user ID and password for your apartment when you move in.
In Kerro, you will find, among other things:
- Your bookings.
- A document bank, where the resident folder contains extensive information about your building and apartment (e.g., appliance manuals, waste management, heating, surface materials, building safety).
- Announcements.
- The Neighbor Assistance bulletin board.
- Surveys.
- The rescue plan.
- Residents’ own notice board.
