Water charges according to consumption
We are currently changing the principle of water invoicing. In the future, in our houses with water meters, the use of water will be billed according to consumption. Billing is done 2 times a year. This allows you to influence the water fee by your own water and at the same time reduce the increase in rent for houses.

The fixed, population-based water fee continues in Alppikylä , Hervanta, Jätkäsaari, Kalasatama , Muurala, North Hague and Viikki.
Smoking ban on the whole property
In the future, smoking will be prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony, in common areas and in the yard (except for a possible indicated yard tobacco place). An update is necessary as old leases lack the mention that the balcony should not be burned.
Rent increase
In current rental agreements, the rent increase is the basis for self -publishing. The rent increase condition remains unchanged, but the other terms of the lease is added to the condition that when the house is released from ARA (40 years after graduation), the rent increase will change so that the landlord can increase the rent each year according to the rise in the index or increase the cost.

The leases are signed electronically. If we do not know the resident's email, we will submit the lease with a return certificate with the return cover by mail.
A new lease to replace the old
Your new lease will replace the previous lease. When you sign a new lease by the deadline, your lease will continue normally without interruption.
If you do not agree to the lease under updated terms and conditions, we will terminate the lease. The notice period is 6 months.
