Hervanta’s new building in Afrikanpiha has been completed. Residents are currently moving into their brand new homes.
Just before the apartments were handed over, our staff familiarized themselves with the building during a development day and gathered effective solutions and areas for development for the next project. All staff members have been involved in the construction project from the beginning.
– We build apartments as homes for our residents, emphasizes Suvi Tuomala. – The construction project is one part of a property’s lifecycle. Every employee is involved in the daily life of the building, so it is truly important that everyone’s voice is heard.
Special thanks from the staff were given for, among other things, the material choices in the apartment kitchens, the interior design solutions and homeliness of the common areas, and the consideration of different resident groups in the spatial solutions.
