Life circumstances can change. If it’s time for you to move, remember that you can terminate your tenancy as soon as you know you’re moving.
The notice period is at least one calendar month. However, you can terminate your tenancy earlier than one month before – in that case, please inform us by the end of which month you wish the lease agreement to conclude.
The notice period begins on the last day of the calendar month during which you submitted the termination. For example, a termination submitted on June 15th will end the lease agreement on July 31st. However, you can give notice for the apartment in advance, for instance, on April 3rd, for the agreement to end on July 31st.
