Our house under construction in Hervanta, Tampere, is almost ready for new residents to move in. Residents can move into their new home on October 1st.
Currently, finishing work and final cleaning are being done in the building. The apartments are ready and just waiting for their residents.
Many common areas still have floor protectors to prevent damage to the floors. community space has been finished with almost no wallpaper. The communal sauna facilities for residents have been completed, and washing machines and dryers have been installed in the laundry room.
The foundations of the block's communal courtyard will soon be ready and the surface work is about to begin. A green roof has been installed on the roof of the stairwell leading from the courtyard to the parking facilities.
The search for apartments is currently underway. There will be a presentation on August 13th from 4:30-5 pm if you would like to see the progress with your own eyes. Read more
