Our new building in Hervantan Afrikanpiha has been completed. The residents are currently moving into their homes.
Just before the apartments were handed over, our staff visited the building on a development day and collected good solutions and development areas for the next project. The entire staff has been involved in the construction project from the beginning.
– We build apartments as homes for our residents, emphasizes Suvi Tuomala . – A construction project is one part of the life cycle of a property. Every one of our employees is involved in the everyday life of the building, so it is really important that everyone's voice is heard.
The staff particularly praised the material choices for the apartment kitchens, the interior design and coziness of the common areas, and the consideration of different resident groups in the spatial solutions.
