During November, we visited all our properties to present the budget proposals to the residents. In these resident evenings, we met with the residents of the properties and discussed current matters related to, for example, finances, property maintenance, and cleaning.

– We received many new development ideas and heard, for instance, where challenges have arisen, says Customer Relations Director Katri Kaukinen.

According to her, the resident evenings have been very beneficial.

– The evenings were full of positive encounters: It was pleasant to meet the residents of the properties in person. And new neighbors also got to know each other.

The goal is for resident meetings to be implemented in the same way next year, as the operating model was deemed so successful.
