In the selection of residents, state-supported ARA rental homes will introduce the maximum income limits from the beginning of 2025. Settlement dwellings are ARA-supported apartments.
The income limits apply to the selection of new residents and the change of home. Thus, the income limits do not apply to residents already residents, except in the case of home exchange situations.
Since the beginning of 2025
- The monthly income of a one -person household must not exceed EUR 3540.
- If the household has more than one adult over the age of 18, the income threshold for each adult will be increased by EUR 2480.
- If there are children under the age of 18 in the household, the income threshold will be raised for the first child by 650 euros and for each child for 600 euros.
The result does not include housing allowance, child allowance, maintenance, maintenance, maternity allowance, student grant and care allowance.
