Settlement dwellings affect energy consumption by both real estate technical and communications, including by doing eco -maintenance in real estate, calculating room temperature and organizing an energy savings campaign for residents. Staff are also encouraged to save energy.

The energy saving tips for setting dwellings are released once a month on the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts. Publications provide concrete tips for energy savings and cutting of electricity consumption, especially at home.
