Suvi Tuomala has been appointed CEO of Setlementtiasunnot Oy. She will commence her duties on September 14, 2022.
Who are you and where do you come from?
I am Suvi Tuomala, an expert in management and the real estate sector from Orimattila. I am a construction engineer by education, and I have also completed a specialist vocational qualification in management. For the past five years, I have worked as CEO at Orimattilan Asunnot, and prior to that, as CEO at Pudasjärven Vuokratalot.
I possess diverse experience and education in real estate management positions. My strengths include grasping large entities and purposefully advancing the company together with staff, the board, and the owner.
I get excited and inspire others to join in. I enjoy networking, developing new ideas, and following industry developments. Openness, authenticity, and honesty are important values to me.
In my free time, you can usually find me with my family, though rarely on the couch at home. We enjoy various sports and cultural activities together.

How do you see Setlementtiasunnot’s role in the rental market in the future?
Setlementtiasunnot plays a central role as a pioneer in responsible, communal, and affordable housing. The significance of communality and ecological housing will continue to grow in the future. Our most important task is to provide homes for our residents.
