A good home is much more than the walls around. It is a place where everyone has the opportunity to influence, participate and feel in the community. Communality and participation are at the heart of our activities, and we want to make sure that the voice of our residents is more strongly in decision -making.

2025 will bring new steps in this direction as we start regular meetings with resident representatives. This gives residents a stronger channel to bring out wishes and ideas that make everyday life smoother and more comfortable. The aim of the meetings is to establish a permanent conversation that promotes openness and trust. We will also continue to develop resident surveys and feedback channels to give us an even better understanding of the wishes and needs of our residents.

In addition, we organize twice a year of cooperation committee meetings where representatives of the housing committees and setting dwellings of the houses discuss current issues and develop housing communities. These meetings reinforce a common view of how we can improve the daily lives of residents and promote continuous dialogue and collaboration to build viable communities.

However, participation is not only from meetings or official forums. Small deeds, such as helping a neighbor or attending a joint event, are equally important. The strength of the community can be found in everyday encounters and the desire to understand others.

New ways to hear residents, develop facilities and strengthen the neighborhood for a significant set of sets since 2025. Every act is important in communities where participation and openness are part of everyday life.
