Afrikanpiha 3 common areas and the functionality of the block yard encourage residents to encounter and community. Common areas of the property include: Residential House with its joint kitchens, fitness room, bicycle service point, laundry, teleworking space with joint kitchens and a joint sauna combined for sauna room stay.
- The common facilities are at the heart of community. Easy -to -reach, bright and accessible spaces support residents' desire to move and spend time together, emphasizes Lönnqvist.
In the courtyard of the block area, neighbors can also meet each other.
- There is a children's play area in the block yard where children can play together. There is also a seating area with a table group in the yard, says Lönnqvist.
Search for the apartments will start in June.
