Our Afrikanpiha building in Hervanta is rising next to the pedestrian and cycling bridge, which currently leads to an empty space. Our building will be on the left side of the bridge in the picture.
Construction work in the area, specifically for the parking garage beneath our building, began in June. During the autumn, construction of our building will commence directly on top of the parking garage. New residents will move in by the end of 2025.
The colorful Afrikansilta bridge is estimated to be completed in summer 2025. The City of Tampere is responsible for the bridge’s construction.
