Setlementtiasunnot commenced the tendering process for property maintenance in May. The tendering process covers internal maintenance of buildings, as well as green area and outdoor works. By tendering the current contracts, we aim to improve the quality of maintenance and residential comfort.
– In selecting service providers, we pay special attention to regionality, the selection of property managers for each building, and their commitment to operating in line with the company’s values. We want maintenance to be more present and the service level to be better than currently, says Sami Ylenius, Setlementtiasunnot’s Head of Maintenance, who is responsible for the overall tendering process.
The property maintenance tendering process does not apply to Setlementtiasunnot properties at Kutterinkuja 2-4 in Joensuu or Hermannin rantatie 17 in Helsinki. The new property maintenance contracts are currently expected to come into effect at the beginning of October.
