Setlementtiasunnot Oy offers high-quality and affordable homes for various life situations. We are now looking for a temporary rental agent to replace a person on parental leave. The job will start in late 2025 or January 2026 at the latest.
As a rental agent, you are responsible for a variety of tasks related to apartment rental: customer service and tenant selection, processing applications and drafting contracts, all the way to marketing and showing apartments. Your work also includes renting out commercial premises. Your rental portfolio includes diverse properties in the best locations in Helsinki, and your job is to ensure that the apartments find the right tenants.
We are looking for a rental professional with a proven track record of success and a strong sales approach. You have the ability to work goal-oriented at the interface between rental and customer service and get things done efficiently. We expect you to have previous experience in the rental business. A degree in HVAC/R and knowledge of ARA are considered an advantage.
The position requires initiative and the ability to work independently. We value initiative, efficiency and a sales approach. Suitable education for the position can be, for example, a Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration or other sales-related education. In addition, we require excellent Finnish language skills, good English skills, a driver's license and the ability to use your own car.
