Setlementtiasunnot Oy is a communities developer, a multi -talented housing service, and a socially sustainable housing producer. Currently we have 21 rental houses with a total of just over 1900 homes and about 2200 inhabitants in seven different cities.
Our business is strongly based on community, ecology and economy, and we strive to meet the needs of residents and society. All of our houses have a variety of common areas such as community space T, joint kitchens, saunas and gyms that are available to residents and provide additional space for their daily lives. We are also well -known as a block of block concepts as we and our partners are building whole blocks where functions and structures are designed and implemented taking into account the entire block and neighborhood, and supporting community, ecology and economy.
Next summer, we are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and service -minded employee for our customer service team!
Your responsibilities include advice from our clients by telephone, email and through residents' pages regarding rental housing and leases during rental housing. In addition, your duties include handling notice of dismissal, applicant advice for new home applicants, and other general office tasks, such as incoming mail processing. The assignment will allow you to explore and participate in the entire rental activity from the place.
We offer you a comprehensive orientation for your tasks, inspiring and knowledgeable team support, sliding hours, lunch benefits and fair pay. The work lasts about 3 months and starts from mid -May.
We wish the applicant for at least 18 years of age, previous experience in customer service, commercial training (college/tradenomi; studies may also be in progress), good knowledge of Finnish and English, and self-initiated and brisk work.
