The results of the autumn 2025 work morale survey confirm that our staff's work morale is at an excellent level. A work morale score of 4.3 (scale 1–5) indicates that everyday work is experienced as positive, smooth and meaningful. The result shows that a common direction and leadership practices visible in everyday life support the well-being of staff.

We monitor well-being at work twice a year with the Ilmarinen Work Wellbeing Survey, as the well-being of our staff is a strategic focus for us. This autumn, the results clearly show the impact of our inclusive strategy work and the OKR model. Respondents feel that the organization has a clear direction and that the goals of their own work are understandable and motivating.

Work is perceived as meaningful and the values of work and community are perceived to be aligned. Community is strongly evident in everyday life and respondents found the atmosphere to be caring and the interaction to be positive, which supports psychological safety and enables open and constructive cooperation.

The results speak of a skilled and committed staff, whose contribution is visible every day in the quality of work and the impact of our operations. We are heading into next year with confidence and will continue our determined work to strengthen a well-being and community-based working environment.
