We want to hear your feedback on the cleaning and property maintenance of your home building. You can find the survey in the Kerro app.
You can access the feedback directly from the Kerro app’s home page, in the Surveys section. A new survey is released every month – so you can provide timely feedback monthly. The survey opens at the beginning of the month and is valid for approximately two weeks, until mid-month.
We welcome feedback on both positive and negative experiences. This allows us to address identified shortcomings and improve the standard of cleaning and property maintenance. We also gain valuable information on what aspects are particularly well-managed in your building.
