At Setlementtiasunnot, you can hang pictures on the walls and paint a wall your favorite color, provided you remember a few important things.
You do not need permission to attach picture hooks or shelves to so-called safe walls.
However, do not drill holes under any circumstances:
- into bathroom walls
- into the wall opposite the bathroom
- near the electrical cabinet
- into the ceiling.
Drilling can damage water or electrical pipes. If you are unsure whether you can drill a hole in a specific wall, please contact us in advance at info@setlementtiasunnot.fi.
If you live in one of our new buildings, you have ready-made picture rails available for hanging pictures.
You may paint your home’s wall any color you wish. However, please remember that when you move out of the apartment, the wall must be returned to its original color.
