Setlementtiasunnot Oy, established in 2000, is a developer of communities, a versatile provider of housing services, and a producer of socially sustainable housing. Currently, we manage 21 rental properties, comprising a total of just over 1900 homes and approximately 2200 residents across seven different cities.

Our operations are strongly based on community, ecological responsibility, and economic viability, and we strive to meet the needs of residents and society. All our buildings feature various common areas, such as resident lounges, shared kitchens, saunas, and gyms, which are available for residents’ use and provide additional space for their daily lives. We are also known for our expertise in block concepts, as we collaborate with our partners to build entire blocks where functions and structures are designed and implemented with the entire block and neighborhood in mind, supporting community, ecological responsibility, and economic viability.

For next summer, we are seeking an enthusiastic, cheerful, and service-oriented employee for our customer service team!

Your duties will include advising our customers by phone, email, and through resident pages regarding services during their tenancy and rental agreements. Additionally, your tasks will involve processing termination notices, providing applicant guidance for new residents, and other general office duties, such as handling incoming mail. This position offers a prime opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into rental operations.

We hope applicants are at least 18 years old, have previous experience in similar customer service roles, possess a commercial education (e.g., vocational qualification in business/Bachelor of Business Administration; studies may also be ongoing), have good Finnish and English language skills, and demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach to work.
