There was a warm atmosphere and a team spirit at the party. The yard was decorated with banners made of recycled materials and flowers borrowed from the resident balcony. - Everyone in the residents' committee utilized their strengths in the arrangements. We have decorated, baked and put on edible, says Seijamirjami.

- Last 108 people applied for a food bag from us. Especially during the corona, the amount increased, and now the Ukrainian war has increased it even further. We assemble the bags with volunteering, says Seijamirjami.
Residents also help each other when needed.
-During the corona, community spirit was emphasized. We have a lot of single people. If I got sick, there were several people who helped, brought food from the store. Not left alone, Seijamirjami smiles.

Alppikylä 's setting dwellings also have support homes for people with intellectual disabilities. Some residents participate in the joint activities of the house.
- The need for support for our customers is very individual. Some of our clients need very strong support in all areas of living, while some are very independent, says Eveliina Nyholm, at Rinnekodi.
